ABOUT US
Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages

WenzaoUrsuline College of Languages was founded by the sisters of the Roman Union of the Order of St. Ursula in 1966. It was named in honor of Wenzao Lo, the first Chinese Bishop. Wenzao is known for its commitment to excellence in foreign languages teaching and research.
With its motto, “Revere the divine, love the human.” Sharing with that of all Ursuline schools, “Serviam” (I will serve), Wenzao hopes to develop students spiritually as well as to prepare them for success in this highly demanding and competitive world. The College expects all Wenzaorians to acquire competent knowledge and useful skills inspired by Life, Language, and Leadership.
We offer undergraduate and students in junior college programs in a wide range of subject areas including English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Applied Chinese, Foreign Language Instruction, Translation & Interpreting, International Affairs, Communication Arts, International Business Administration and Information Management and Communication.
